pAI is SwishX's mascot-led pharma AI agentic copilot. It helps teams search internal knowledge, query downstream data, and propose or trigger workflows—within permissions, policies, and approvals.

How is pAI different from a generic chatbot?

pAI is enterprise-context aware: it connects to your systems and documents, respects role permissions, can show sources/citations, and can initiate workflows—not just answer questions.

Can pAI take actions automatically?

pAI can propose and, where configured, trigger actions through Workflow Studio with approvals and guardrails. Many customers choose a "human approval required" mode for sensitive actions.

Does pAI replace analysts or trade managers?

pAI reduces manual effort and accelerates analysis. It does not replace accountability—business owners remain responsible for decisions and approvals.

Does SwishX use my data to train models for other companies?

By default, SwishX does not use a Customer's platform data to train generalized models for other customers. Any optional training/evaluation using Customer data will be governed by contract and configuration.

How long does it take to go live?

Deployments typically run in phases. Phase 1 establishes data capture and visibility. Phase 2 activates programs and ordering. Phase 3 expands integrations, automation, and advanced analytics. Timelines depend on scope and partner readiness.

How do you onboard distributors, stockists and retailers?

Where contracted, service credits may apply when monthly availability falls below the target, subject to caps and terms specified in the order form.

What are the support response targets?
