SwishX is agentic AI infrastructure for Indian pharma commercial teams. We are in the 0.1 to 0.5 enterprise journey, building and selling an AI-native platform into large, complex organizations. We are growing fast and need someone to help build our market presence from scratch.

We are looking for a curious, high-energy marketer who is early in their career but thinks like an operator. Someone with strong instincts for content, who genuinely enjoys talking to people and wants to grow fast inside a founding team environment.

This is not a "post twice a week and call it branding" job. This is a "create signal, earn attention, and build relationships with the right people" job. This is enterprise: real buyers, long cycles, multi-stakeholder decisions, and real outcomes.

Core responsibilities

1 Social presence and distribution
  • Own SwishX's social cadence across company and founder channels (LinkedIn first, X after)
  • Turn product POVs and customer insights into content series that resonate with enterprise pharma buyers
  • Build distribution, not just creation: comment strategy, smart DMs, collabs, repost flywheels, and employee amplification
  • Repurpose aggressively: one podcast or webinar becomes clips, posts, newsletter issues, short blogs, and event recaps
2 Content engine
  • Run editorial and production ops: briefs, outlines, interviews, drafts, edits, approvals, and publishing
  • Ship consistently across formats: founder and company posts, blogs and newsletters, customer stories, webinar narratives, and event recaps
  • Use AI tools daily to increase output without compromising accuracy
3 Community building
  • Help start and run a SwishX community for pharma operators and leaders
  • Build a member loop: invite, onboard, host discussions, run micro-events, highlight member wins, and create recurring formats
  • Nurture relationships across target accounts and partner ecosystems
4 Podcast and media
  • Support the SwishX podcast end to end: guest outreach, prep, recording coordination, publishing, and distribution
  • Repurpose every episode into content across formats
  • Treat the podcast as a relationship engine, not just a content format
5 Events and field marketing
  • Represent SwishX at pharma conferences and events
  • Own the full loop: logistics, pre-booked meetings, booth storytelling, and follow-ups
  • Turn field conversations into content and community triggers
  • Consistent weekly shipping across social, community, and content formats
  • Community grows with the right people and real conversations, not vanity numbers
  • Podcast becomes a steady flywheel for credibility and relationships
  • Events produce measurable outcomes: meetings booked, follow-ups completed
  • Marketing activity makes prospects show up warmer and better informed
  • Early in your career but high on ownership and curiosity
  • You enjoy talking to people, hosting conversations, and showing up in rooms
  • Strong writer with clear instincts for what enterprise buyers actually care about
  • Comfortable using AI tools to move faster without losing accuracy
  • Organized enough to run multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
  • You want to grow fast and are comfortable working directly with founders
  • AI writing and repurposing tools (LLMs, transcription, summarization)
  • Social scheduling and analytics platforms
  • Podcast tools (Riverside, Descript, or equivalents)
  • Community tools (WhatsApp, Slack, Circle, or equivalents)
  • Basic design (Canva, light Figma)
