We are at a stage where our visual identity needs to match the ambition of the product. We need a designer who can work across the full surface area: product UI, marketing website, and brand creatives, with a sharp and consistent aesthetic point of view.
What you will own
Core responsibilities
1 Product visual system
Design and maintain the visual system for SwishX's enterprise SaaS product: UI components, dashboards, data visualizations, and empty states, in close collaboration with product and engineering
Build and maintain a scalable design system: tokens, component library, icon sets, and documentation
2 Marketing website
Own the design of swishx.com: landing pages, feature pages, blog layout, and campaign microsites
Implement designs directly in Webflow with pixel-perfect accuracy
3 Brand and marketing creatives
Create on-brand marketing creatives for LinkedIn, performance ads, email campaigns, pitch decks, and event collateral
Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint: product, marketing, social, internal, and partner materials
4 MagicReel visual design
Support MagicReel, our AI video product, designing scene templates, thumbnails, and branded video frames for pharma HCP-facing content
Develop motion storyboards and visual systems for AI-generated video output
5 Founder and GTM support
Work directly with the founders and GTM team to translate strategy into visual communication
Own board decks, investor materials, and campaign visuals end to end
What we are looking for
Required skills
Design craft
2–3 years of hands-on visual design experience in a SaaS or tech-product environment
Portfolio showing UI design, marketing design, and brand work — not just one of the three
Proficient in Figma: components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping
Sharp typographic instincts and an eye for layout, hierarchy, and whitespace
Comfortable designing for both data-dense B2B interfaces and clean marketing surfaces
Tools and execution
Webflow proficiency, or the willingness to master it fast
Adobe Illustrator or equivalent for illustration and icon work
Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with engineers
Ability to export production-ready assets across formats: SVG, PNG, WebP, MP4
Motion or video design (After Effects, CapCut, or similar) is a plus
